Our WhatsApp group and website are intended to be a place for community and mutual support. We ask everyone using them to agree to these ‘house rules’ so everyone can benefit and knows what to expect.
In our discussions we agree to:

- Be respectful and not to post anything a reasonable person would consider offensive.
- Communicate with empathy and accept differences of opinion are a fact of life.
- Be clear and think about how a message will be received by other people.
- Share information thoughtfully and keep it relevant to the group.
- Be truthful and careful not to share incorrect information.
We don’t allow:
- Bullying, harassment or threats.
- Hate speech or discrimination (for example on age, ethnicity, gender identity, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual orientation).
- Impersonation of someone else.
- Use by people under 18.
